Blues 4 attended the Cardiff game with some of the members from the RCCG CRA Parish in Birmingham. It was the opening game of the season and there was a lot of excitement going into this game. The match eventually finished 0-0 which was a fair result in the end.
The group really enjoyed the experience of watching a live football match for the very first time and our own members learnt a great deal about the Church and its significance to the Nigerian community here in Birmingham.
“It was a fun afternoon spent with a vibrant and super cool group. We are definitely looking forward to watching another game with the Church group very soon” said Micky Singh.
The group leader Kanayo Eruchalu said “it was an enjoyable experience, the whole place was buzzing and it was good to see everyone smile when the Cardiff player missed the open goal!”
On a positive note, Kanayo is looking to encourage more CRA Parishes to attend future matches at BCFC.
